Laughing provides a full-scale workout for your muscles & unleashes a rush of stress-busting endorphins.
Our TRAIN THE TRAINER – Laughter Sessions provide an opportunity for professionals to learn how to share help get people laughing in both group & individual sessions and help reduce stress, make people happier and more committed as well as improve their interpersonal skills.
Workshops run for 4 hours over two weekly sessions of 2 hours each from 1.30- 3.30 pm.
At the completion of the session, you will be provided certification of your successful completion of the course and accreditation as a service provider.
